The Break Part
So at the beginning of this project, my first intentions were that it was going to be really easy and I would finish it in a day because we were given dimensions on the part. I soon learned that this is the project that I struggled the most with. To start out in inventor I began drawing the base or the platform which would be turned into the break part itself. I then drew all of the circles to the right size and then extruded them to the right size. After everything was drawn I was feeling pretty good about it. All I needed to do was to cut out the shape of the break part so that I could then upload it to fusion 360. This was in my opinion the hardest part of the project because I couldn't figure out how to cut it out. After a couple of days I figured out that I needed to use the tangent tool cut out the edges. After finally figuring out how to use the tool I finally uploaded it to fusion 360. In that program I then selected my 3D contour and the program figured out the tool path. After getting all of the rights speeds and feed rates of the machine I post processed the break part. I then took it down to the machine and began to cut out the break part. In the end I laser engraved the part so no one could steal my part and that was the end of it.

What I learned
To start off this project really tested my inventor skills. This project really tested my patience skills and I learned that I do not really like computers. Once again I did things the hard way where I had 10 steps and in reality this could be done in 3 or less. With this project I learned how to use the tangent tool and how to cut off edges to make it look like a break part. Another thing that I learned was the 3D contour setup on Fusion 360. Instead of using the 2D contour like we did on the maze we used the 3D contour. After learning all of the new set up options the mill has to offer, I finally learned how to use the mill. The mill I feel was a little easier to use that the router the biggest thing was lining up the machine on the corner of the Styrofoam. After learning how to set up the router I was left with this product and I know feel more confident on how to use fusion 360, inventor, and the CNC Mill.
